FCN Student of the Week: Ximena Cervantes Flores

"She is a great role model for others around her"

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg first grader very much deserves to be named our FCN Student of the Week! 

Ximena Cervantes Flores has been a very important member of Mrs. Miller’s class. 

She has two classmates who speak limited English and Ximena has helped translate for them and has also helped them with projects. 

She also made sure to have the classmates feel welcomed and included when they first arrived to the school.

Mrs. Miller says Ximena is always very kind, respectful, and goes out of her way to help others. 

“She is also a very smart student who always tries her best on all of her schoolwork. Ximena is an amazing kiddo overall, and a great role model for others around her,” Mrs. Miller said. 

You are doing wonderful things Ximena and the whole town is very proud of you! Keep up the great work!
