Greensburg eighth grade wrestler to compete nationally for Indiana

Earned a spot on the Gold Team for Indiana

(GREENSBURG, Ind.) – A Greensburg eighth grader will compete against some of the best wrestlers in his age group nationally later this month. 

Jai Jackson has earned a spot on Indiana’s Gold Team. 

He is currently the top-ranked Heavyweight wrestler for the team and will go to Iowa to compete against teams from across the nation in late March. 

Jackson was crowned a Middle School State Wrestling Champion in February when he beat out 23 other competitors in the 285 pound weight class. 

Jai is the younger sibling of Greensburg grad Emarie Jackson who currently throws discus for the University of Delaware.
