Lawrenceburg Schools hosting Spanish Dual Immersion Cultural Night on March 12

Community members invited to attend showcase

(LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.) – Lawrenceburg Schools is inviting the community for a Spanish Dual Language Immersion Cultural Night.
It will take place at the high school from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12.
The program will showcase the K-6 program where students spend half the day learning Spanish and the other half learning English.
“This event will showcase the incredible progress our students have made in their language acquisition and cultural understanding,” said LCSC Director of Student Services Andrea Spaeth.
Attendees will have the opportunity to watch multiple performances that include Spanish songs, rhymes, dances and play. There will also be exhibits hosted by different grades along with a photo booth.
Those attending are asked to enter the school through Door 13, 19 or 20.
