Morgan's Canoe in Brookville to remain open despite Ohio closure

Company announced closure of Little Miami River location

(BROOKVILLE, Ind.) – Morgan’s Canoe & Outdoor Adventures announced the closure of their longtime Ohio location on Wednesday. 

They also confirmed that the Whitewater River location in Brookville will continue to be open. 

The closure impacts the Little Miami River location in Warren County which had been open since 1964. 

That stretch of waterway in Ohio will now be protected as the company also announced a conservancy partnership with several entities.

“This is a perfectly beautiful ending to our lifelong stewardship of the river. The legacy of this river and its importance to people and wildlife will live on through so many conservation efforts,” the company said.

The Brookville location is at 7040 Whitewater River Lane.
