(SUNMAN, Ind.) – A Sunman man is accused of breaking into an auto repair shop last weekend.
Ripley County deputies were called to Sunman Auto Care and found the front door glass to be broken.
They collected evidence and identified the suspect as someone Deputy Justin Linkel had encountered the previous day for an unrelated reason.
Police eventually located 21-year-old Dakota Myers and he was arrested on charges of burglary, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.
The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Sunman Police, Indiana State Police and Sunman Rescue 20.
