Unique bowling alley, wine bar to open in Madison

Grand opening ceremony to be held March 14 and 15

(MADISON, Ind.) – A unique bowling alley and wine bar will be opening in Madison this weekend. 

Vintage Lanes is located at 301 Jefferson Street and will host a grand opening ceremony from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on March 14 and 15. 

It will feature eight duckpin bowling lanes spread across two floors. The bar will feature a selection of world-class wine, beers, bourbons and charcuterie. 

Matt Chandler is a co-creator of the business who says it combines past nostalgia with a modern twist. 

“We had a vision of creating a space and motif that perfectly matched the atmosphere of historic Madison. There’s so much to take in, and the only thing that excites us more than what customers will notice at first glance is what they’ll discover upon a second look,” Chandler said.
