Weston James is a kindergartner battling rare disorder

(RISING SUN, Ind.) – The wife of Los Angeles Dodgers star Freddie Freeman is supporting a local boy who is battling a rare condition.
Weston James is a Rising Sun kindergartner who was diagnosed with Gullian-Barre’ Syndrome, a condition that attacks the nervous system.
It is the same disease that has affected Freddie Freeman’s son, Maximus.
A friend of The 812 shared Weston’s story with Chelsea Freeman.
The Freeman’s donated $500 on Monday night to support Weston during his journey.
